Introduction to Caregiving
Caregiving, for the users of this website, is
active unpaid and continuous help provided for a frail or disabled
family member, friend, neighbor. You may run simple errands,
provide transportation to the doctor, help write checks or assist
with almost every daily chore. You may live close-by or at a distance.
Caregiving may increase stress for you and the ones for whom you
care. You are one of 7 million people in the United States who are
