Robin Spaulding-Smith began her career in state government in 1984 and in 2003 was appointed the Director of Human Resources for the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.  Ms. Spaulding-Smith is responsible for developing human resources policies and procedures, as well as reviewing and processing all personnel transactions.

Ms. Spaulding-Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from Seton Hall University and a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations from Rowan University.
